Parents on Campus
OLPH School volunteers have a great impact both in and out of school. There are so many fundraisers, programs and school-day activities that wouldn’t be possible with out the gift of time, selflessly given, by the school’s many dedicated volunteers.
Please consider the following opportunities as you consider offering OLPH School your gift of time:

Family Service Plan
OLPH School has a Family Service Plan that requires each family to complete 30 hours of service each year (reduced to 15 hours for families with a deceased, disabled, or deployed parent). Service must be chosen from a predetermined list of approved activities.
Families who do not fulfill the required hours will be charged a fee for each uncompleted hour. The Family Service Plan was created to encourage all OLPH families to actively support school activities that depend on volunteers. It is our sincere hope that families will meet this commitment through the gift of their time, rather than by paying the fee.
OLPH uses Track It Forward to track volunteer hours and create event sign-ups. Families can get started using the site by going to the OLPH Track It Forward page or using the login box on this page. First-time users need to create an account (one per family).
When creating an account, you will also indicate that you have read and understood the Service Plan Contract and that you will enter hours by the end of the month of service. Once you create an account, you have the option to track your hours using your mobile device by downloading the free app from Track It Forward. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Track it Forward” or “Volunteer Time Tracking.”
