Parents on Campus
OLPH School volunteers have a great impact both in and out of school. There are so many fundraisers, programs and school-day activities that wouldn’t be possible with out the gift of time, selflessly given, by the school’s many dedicated volunteers.
Please consider the following opportunities as you consider offering OLPH School your gift of time:

Family Service Plan
OLPH School has a Family Service Plan that requires each family to perform 30 hours of service (15 hours per family with a single, disabled, or deployed parent) from a predetermined list of activities. Families that fail to perform 30 hours of service will incur a fee for each hour of service they did not complete. The Family Service Plan was adopted to encourage participation by every OLPH School family in school activities that rely on volunteer support. It is the school’s sincere intention and hope that all families will fulfill their service requirement by the gift of their time rather than through the payment of a fee.
OLPH uses Track It Forward to track volunteer hours and create event sign-ups. Families can get started using the site by going to the OLPH Track It Forward page or using the login box on this page. First-time users need to create an account (one per family).
When creating an account, you will also indicate that you have read and understood the Service Plan Contract and that you will enter hours by the end of the month of service. Once you create an account, you have the option to track your hours using your mobile device by downloading the free app from Track It Forward. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Track it Forward” or “Volunteer Time Tracking.”
