OLPH to Host Cookies & Cocoa with Santa December 12

OLPH School Cookies and Cocoa with Santa 2021

OLPH School in Ellicott City is hosting Cookies & Cocoa with Santa on Sunday, December 12th from 1 pm – 4 pm. Pictures with Santa will be available from 2 pm – 4 pm. All activities will be outdoors.

Santa is back at OLPH and there is plenty to do for the whole family including crafts and games for the kids, Foods Trucks, raffles, holiday shopping, and the opportunity to participate in a service project.

Holiday Shop

Shoppers will find items to finish your holiday decorating and small gifts to delight your friends and family.
Offerings will include beautiful ornaments made by every OLPH student, homemade crafts and wreaths, holiday plants and decor, plus fresh wreaths from Payne Trees.

Christmas for Kids

Kids will enjoy Christmas -themed crafts and games and will love the chance to win prizes. Our Secret Shop will continue the tradition for children to shop for affordable gifts for parents, siblings and extended family. The experience of choosing Christmas gifts by our youngest shoppers fosters the mindset that it is truly to give than receive, something all ages can appreciate about the Christmas season.

Photos with Santa

Santa will be available from 2 pm – 4 pm for hearing Christmas wishes and taking holiday pictures. Our helpful elves will help you take advantage of the scenic backdrop so you can capture fun and festive pictures with Santa using your own camera. Plus there will also be a special area to capture your family Christmas photos, so come dressed in your matching outfits to take your most memorable Christmas card photo yet!

North Pole Snack Bar and Food Trucks

You won’t go hungry at the Santa Event! Check out our North Pole Snack Bar where you can purchase cookies from Bakery Express and enjoy some Hot Cocoa. We are welcoming Blondie’s Doughnuts again for a sweet treat and B-More Mojo Food Truck where you can order lunch items like burgers and fries!

Celebrate the Season by Giving Back

On any given night in Baltimore City, nearly 3,000 people experience homelessness. As part of our Cookies and Cocoa with Santa event, we encourage all our attendees to contribute to the Boxes for Baltimore initiative. For the past five years, the OLPH Serving All with Love Together (SALT) ministry has organized the collection and distribution of shoeboxes filled with goodies as a gift to those who would otherwise not receive a Christmas present. The weekend of December 11/12 is the collection weekend for donations. Make a box or donate needed supplies and bring them with you to Cookies & Cocoa with Santa on Sunday the 12th. Learn more at https://olphparish.org/boxes

All our welcome to OLPH’s Cookies & Cocoa with Santa – our Parish and School, as well as the local community so spread the word to friends, neighbors, and family.
